Stephen Harper and Stephane Dion exchange words today in the House of Commons.
“I can understand that the leader of the Opposition and members of his party feel for Taliban prisoners. I just wish occasionally they’d show the same passion for Canadian soldiers,” Mr. Harper said in the House of Commons.
Mr. Dion immediately called on the prime minister to apologize for the remarks.
This was immediately followed by a series of "Yo Mamma" jokes by Dion.
